- International Delivery: Customers residing outside Pakistan can opt for our international delivery service. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method.

- Shipping costs are determined by the selected delivery option, package weight, and your location. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage.
3. Order Tracking:
- Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique order number. Feel free to share the order number with us to inquire about the details of your delivery.

- Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages that may occur during shipping
- For security purposes, we require a signature upon delivery for orders exceeding a certain value.
- If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the courier will leave a delivery attempt notice with instructions on rescheduling or picking up your package.
- Please ensure to provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or similar locations.
