- Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

- Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Direct exchanges are not available. If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, kindly initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
